Problem: Productivity

Subject: Deep Focus Work (Flow).

Title: Most people are spending too much time and getting too little work done

Introduction:

When I was working at the corporate, I used to work those 12-hour days, 6-7 days a week. But I was caught in the dead-end and not getting the results that I wanted. I was filling my day with a long to-do-list, and starting a marathon crossing them one by one off of my list.

If you are a sales professional working in insurance, real estate, or the mortgage industry, you might be in the same shoes. What I wanted to share was that I didn’t start making real progress in my business and career until I worked less – a lot less.

Most people are spending too much time and getting too little work done. And the key to turn that around is a simple concept – time blocking.

Generally, it means blocking out a certain period of time and totally focus on one task during the time. You may have heard of the Pomodoro technique, where you break down projects into 25 minutes intervals.

But there’s a lot more than that when it comes to time blocking.

Conclusion: If you think there’s more you can do in an hour, I am organizing a free webinar called High-Performance Sales Secrets I am very sure the tips I share in this webinar will mean a lot to your productivity and your career. Click on the link in the comments to save your spot now.

Problem: Distraction

Subject: Deep Focus Work (Flow).

Title: Do you know how much time do you spend on your phone each day? And the impact may be bigger than you think…

Introduction:

Yes, you are right. The smartphones we are using every single day are now one of the top killers of our productivity. RescueTime, which is an app that tracks users screen time, has found that on average, we pick up our phones 58 times a day and spend 3 hours and 15 minutes daily on our phones.

If you’re like most of our audience, working in insurance, real estate, or the mortgage industry, that’s a huge amount of time taken away from your work!

Especially when you consider those 3 hours and 15 minutes are spread out during the day – it basically means we are constantly getting distracted by our phones.

Now, we have tried different solutions to increase the productivity of our clients, and what we found to be the most effective is a simple method.

It’s called time blocking.

I know it sounds simple, but it’s not so easy to do.

To put it into practice, we need to completely block out a certain period of time and turn off all the distractions during that period.

Problem: Distraction, stress, rushing through the day

Subject: Deep Focus Work (Flow)

Title: What You Should Never Ever Do First Thing in the Morning.

Introduction:

Do you feel like your days are getting shorter and shorter? Sometimes we are rushing through the day and before we know, it’s already time to rest again.

This used to bring so much stress and anxiety into my life, but I didn’t know why. Seems like I have been busy doing stuff all day, but at the end of the day, it also feels as if I haven’t done anything.

It was not until I listened to a podcast episode by Brendon Burchard that I realized the cause. Brendon called it “protect the first hour of your day”.

What do most people do when they wake up? We hit the snooze button, once, twice, and three, four, five times. When we finally decide to get up, what do we do? We grab our phone and start scrolling through Facebook, Instagram, emails, instant messages…

Those are the things that are designed to increase stress and anxiety in our life. Just imagine what kind of effect it has on our mind when we do it first thing in the morning!

Most of our clients are sales professionals from insurance, real estate, or the mortgage industry. We found out this was also a common problem among them.

After working with them on this challenge, we have gathered some common best practice, really to “protect the first hour of the day” and boost your productivity and energy throughout the day.

Conclusion: We put it into a free webinar called High-Performance Sales Secrets. If you are facing a similar challenge, I’m sure it would benefit you and change the way you go about your day. Click on the link in the comments to save your seat now.

Problem: Lack of Structure

Subject: Deep Focus Work (Flow).

Title: Are you finding yourself exhaustingly busy at work but not getting anywhere? This simple structural tweak can bring a fresh new makeover in your productivity.

Introduction:

Not productive at work? You have a few options.

Crank out as much work as possible in a roll, but at the risk of burning out; Drag your workday into the evening but having to say “sorry I will be home late” to your kids and love ones. Rush through the projects so you can leave on time yet sacrificing the quality of your work.

Sound familiar?

If you are a sales professional working in insurance, real estate, or the mortgage industry, we understand how much you have on your plate, and how little time you have to finish them.

That’s also why when we introduce the concept of “big three”, it has made such a great impact on people’s life.

It means identifying the top three things that would make a direct impact on your profits and growth. Once you decide on your “big three” each day, put your 100% focus on them.

How about the rest of the tasks, such as replying to emails, setting up appointments, and documentations? Delegate them.

You will be amazed at what kind of difference this simple structural tweak can make in your life as well.

Conclusion: If you want to learn more about this concept and others, I’m hosting a free webinar called High-Performance Sales Secrets. We will dive deep into how you can implement it into your everyday life starting today. Click the link in the comment and save your seat now.

Problem: Low quality work

Title: This Little-Known Secret About Deep Work and Flow Will Change the Way You Work

Introduction:

If you have been studying productivity, you must have heard of the concept of “flow state”. Flow state is when we are fully immersed in deep work and bring the most productivity into our life. It dances between boredom and anxiety, and it’s a neat place to be in.

But how many of us actually have experienced flow state during work? Probably not as often as we’d like to.

Here are a few tips for you to get into flow state easily.

  1. Eliminate all distractions. It means turning off your notifications, sitting in a quiet place where nobody will walk in and interrupt you, it means removing phones out of your sight.
  2. Work at your peak productivity time. Different people reach their peak productivity at different times of the day. For you, it could be a fresh morning, could be a late-night session, or it could be a quiet afternoon. Listen to your intuition, and go with it.
  3. Focus on one thing at a time. You can’t expect to get into flow state juggling different tasks at the same time. Decide the single task that you’re going to work on, and put your undivided attention on that project.

Conclusion:

If you follow these three steps, I’m very certain you will find yourself getting into flow state more easily and frequently. If you’d like to dig deeper into the flow state, I am hosting a free webinar called High-Performance Sales Secrets. Click on the link in the comments to save your spot today.
